Nothing too much trouble, I had an amazing stay. Room was bright, corteous staff. Fairly clean and absolutely gorgeous hotel in Downtown Charlotte district. Perfect location, 20 minutes drive from the airport. The continental breakfast was hot and I greatly enjoyed it.

Bright room, corteous staff, amazing location. Absolutely gorgeous hotel, 10 minutes' walk from the downtown. Smooth check-in and admirable service. Working of WiFi in all rooms was OK.
Room was functional, location was unbeatable, breakfast was warm. The beds were comfortable, I slept well. Helpful people working here. Had bottled drinks in the downstairs bar.
