We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance, from shopping to drinks to dancing. We also appreciated the complimentary wine during happy hour and the delightful coffee bar in the morning.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The building was stunning and impeccably clean, making us feel instantly impressed. The room was beyond expectations, with the most comfortable bed we've ever experienced. The spacious shower with fantastic water pressure was a delightful treat. Moreover, the hotel's perfect location right in downtown Charlotte allowed us to easily explore all the hot spot attractions this city has to offer. Additionally, the staff was exceptional, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff provided excellent and friendly service. They were always informative, greeted us with a smile, and were very fast in fulfilling any requests we had. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with the rooftop restaurant being a great highlight. The elevators were express, allowing us to quickly navigate the hotel without any waiting time. The location was convenient, as we were able to easily access the convention center and a nearby crossfit gym. Additionally, we felt safe and comfortable inside the hotel, thanks to the key card access required to use the elevators.

I felt safe walking alone even in the early morning hours. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my experience even better. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the beautiful views it offered. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, and I especially enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and the daily happy hour in the lobby.

The staff were outstanding, providing fast and friendly service. The complimentary wine in the evening was a lovely perk, allowing me to meet other guests in the gorgeous lobby. The coffee bar in the morning was delightful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic rooftop bar and a great location close to the Spectrum Center. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable.
