The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, museums, and the conference center. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, with a well-appointed space and all the necessary facilities such as a mini-fridge, large bathtub, and plenty of closet and toiletry space. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel offered free coffee and tea all day, complimentary bottled water, and a daily delivery of newspapers.

The hotel's location was perfect, providing easy access to various nearby attractions and allowing me to explore this city on foot. The quaint and quiet atmosphere of the hotel, along with the really nice hot breakfast provided, made my experience even more memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with everything looking fresh and restored. The hotel facilities were great, including a cozy parlor with a piano bar that provided a relaxing ambiance. The location on a main street in downtown was perfect for exploring this city. We were able to easily walk to the B of A stadium and explore the surrounding area.
